As part of Manufacturing, you’ll use your skills, our systems and a wide array of raw materials to help create the delicious finished products our consumers love. While taking ownership in your area of work, you’ll also ensure the safety of yourself and your colleagues while producing our top-quality products reliably and efficiently within our integrated supply chain.
This position is responsible for the production operations of the department for their assigned shift or area, on 2nd or 3rd shift. They will operate as the lead for the off shift responsibilities that include quality, safety, morale and service objectives. They will operate with the support from other departments including Quality, Maintenance, IL6S. This position plays a key role in helping the Chicago Bakery achieve the business objectives. This role also plays an important role in developing the strategic implementation of FI to support the Chicago Bakery IL6S Journey.
