Reliability Engineering Program Lead

The Materials and Fuels Complex (MFC) at the Idaho National Laboratory (INL) is seeking applicants for a Reliability Engineering Program Lead (RE Program Lead), reporting to the MFC Engineering Division Director.  
INL is recognized as the lead national laboratory for DOE-NE, providing much of the nuclear research, development, and demonstration capability needed to move nuclear innovation forward to deployment. MFC hosts a unique combination of personnel, facilities and infrastructure and offers the ability to perform research and development of nuclear fuels from fuel design, development and fabrication through post-irradiation analysis.    
The RE Program Lead will be responsible for the further development, ongoing management, oversight and continuous improvement of the Reliability Engineering Program. In this role, youwill provide leadership and supervision to the reliability engineers and predictive maintenance personnel and be responsible for the training and development of the individuals on the Reliability team and will support the development of maintenance technicians supporting the PdM program. You will also be responsible to coordinate with maintenance, engineering, operations, materials acquisition and work management personnel in the appropriate execution of MFC Reliability program activities.
Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy (DOE) "Q" Security Clearance 
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and 8 years of related experience or Master's Degree and 6 years or PhD and 4 years
Experience in nuclear and non-nuclear industrial environments

SMRP Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) and/or Reliability Leader (CRL) from Reliabilityweb

Predictive maintenance certifications in Vibration Analysis, IR Thermography, and/or Lubrication/Oil Analysis 

Organizational change management
