As the Supervisor Maintenance, you will oversee maintenance of production equipment in a manner that meets company standards and ensures minimum equipment downtime. You will also oversee technicians that repair and maintain the production and test equipment. You will establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs and procedures. You will maintain inventory. You will schedule manufacturing activities. You will also manage training programs to ensure proper operation, preventive maintenance, and repair programs and procedures. You will select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. You will also devote a significant amount of your time to leading and managing employees. You will oversee the day-to-day operations for assigned work group or team. You will provide feedback to the manager on employees' work performance and will have input into employment decisions. Occasionally, you will do the work of those supervised. You will be responsible for managing to a prescribed budget, training and development of staff, resource management, work assignments, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies. You will also be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the quality system and achieving quality objectives through daily actions. Requirements:
