Job Summary: As People and Processes, Inc. is an educational training and consulting services firm, you will be responsible for the development, execution, sale, and support of our education and service offerings. Our clients range from individual learners attending a public training course to large multinational Fortune 100 organizations with many locations (including international locations) involved in comprehensive Maintenance and Operations Best Practice implementations. As such, our projects vary from short training courses to long-term multi-year efforts. Based on client needs, you may be working individually or as part of a larger team with the responsibility of directing work execution.
Job Responsibilities: As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing client relationships in a mutually beneficial manner based on our core business activities that follow:
With respect to our educational offerings, you will be responsible for developing, preparing, facilitating and presenting training course material in both public and private arenas based on your competencies in the following areas of CMMS/EAM Implementation, Maintenance Management, Leadership and Supervision, Maintenance Planning and Scheduling, Storeroom/ Materials Management, Best Practices, and Reliability Centered Maintenance.
In consideration of our service offerings, you should have the demonstrated ability to assess client needs, develop a strategic response to address the client needs, and execute the plan in the areas of your competencies. These competencies should include portions or all of the following areas: CMMS/EAM Implementation, Maintenance Management, Leadership and Supervision, Maintenance Planning and Scheduling, Storeroom/ Materials Management, Best Practices, and Reliability Centered Maintenance.
